Furnace & AC Installation & Replacement
Most HVAC systems have a lifetime of 10 to 20 years. As your equipment gets older, its efficiency can decrease dramatically. You may notice that it gets noisier and needs repairs more often. When a unit begins to show its age, you can either repair or replace it. Because heating and air conditioning technology improves over time, a unit designed with newer, more energy-efficient equipment makes sense, especially if your system is 10 or more years old.
Mini Split Installation
These are ductless systems that resemble central systems but are much smaller and suitable for cooling just one or two rooms. They are composed of an outdoor compressor and an indoor air handler. You can have multiple air handlers connected to one outdoor unit and you can condition each zone differently as needed.
Gas Piping
We offer gas lines, system design, piping installs, and reroutes for residential projects. Whether it is for gas outdoor grills, fire pits, gas dryers, ranges, indoor/ outdoor fireplaces, or water heaters, proper piping is critical. We are licensed and highly experienced in installing gas lines and piping safely and correctly.
HVAC Maintenance
Regularly scheduled maintenance is important to keep your system working properly and efficiently as possible. At the very least a bi-annual maintenance plan, once for heating in the fall and once for cooling in the spring can help your system work smoothly all year long.
